IMPORTANT DATES
The Noyes Foundation has two funding cycles per year. Below are the dates for 2025:
Spring Cycle:
Letter of Intent: Due ONLY between January 6th – January 10th, 2025. LOIs will not be accepted before or after theses dates.
Grant Proposal: Due January 24th at 5pm. NO exceptions. All proposals must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by this date/time regardless of the day of the week on which the deadline falls. Requests cannot be delivered in person (NO EXCEPTIONS) but MUST be mailed (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Fall Cycle:
Letter of Intent: Due ONLY between June 23rd-27th, 2025. LOIs will not be accepted before or after theses dates.
Grant Proposal: Due July 11that 5pm. NO exceptions. All proposals must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by this date/time regardless of the day of the week on which the deadline falls. Requests cannot be delivered in person (NO EXCEPTIONS) but MUST be mailed (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Note: You are encouraged to submit your grant proposals soon after approval of your LOI. If any of the listed criteria is not included, the proposal is incomplete and will not be accepted. Getting your proposal in early will ensure that the Foundation’s staff has time to process your application and notify you of any missing/incomplete documents. Therefore, it is in your best interest to submit your proposal as early as possible.
