IMPORTANT DATES

The Noyes Foundation has two funding cycles per year. Below are the dates for 2020:

Spring Cycle:

Letter of IntentDue ONLY between January 6th and January 10th, 2020.  LOIs will not be accepted before or after theses dates.

Grant Proposal:  Due January 31st at 5pm. NO exceptions. All proposals must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by this date/time regardless of the day of the week on which the deadline falls. Requests cannot be delivered in person (NO EXCEPTIONS) but MUST be mailed (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

Any organization who previously submitted a grant request in the 2020 Spring Cycle may make an additional application for funding in the Fall Cycle.  Any such application must comply with all requirements and deadlines for the Fall Cycle.  The application also must address why the organization is making a second grant request and how Covid-19 has impacted their need.

This message is not intended to encourage second applications and any organization considering submitting a second application.  The Nicholas H. Noyes, Jr., Memorial Foundation has not allocated special funding in 2020 for Covid-19 specific projects and/or grant requests.

The Foundation will give priority consideration to applicants who have not received a grant in 2020 and the Foundation may choose not to award any additional grants to applicants who have already received a grant in the 2020 Spring Cycle.

Fall Cycle:

Letter of IntentDue ONLY between July 20thand July 26th, 2020.  LOIs will not be accepted before or after theses dates.

Grant Proposal:  Due August 14that 5pm.

Note:  You are encouraged to submit your grant proposals soon after approval of your LOI. If any of the listed criteria is not included, the proposal is incomplete and will not be accepted.  Getting your proposal in early will ensure that the Foundation’s staff has time to process your application and notify you of any missing/incomplete documents. Therefore, it is in your best interest to submit your proposal as early as possible.
