About The Foundation

Nicholas H. Noyes (1883 - 1977) was the first comptroller of Eli Lilly and Company. In 1951, he and his wife, Marguerite Lilly Noyes, established a charitable foundation in memory of their son, Nicholas Noyes, Jr., who died tragically in 1939 at the age of 28.

Foundation assets in 2024 were approximately $143 million. Charitable grants made in 2024 totaled $4,389,835.
